Sprucedale Park Improvements

Sprucedale Park is located at 1050 Sprucedale Lane in Milton’s Dempsey neighbourhood. The park is currently being re-designed to improve its features and make your visit more enjoyable.

We know that Sprucedale Park is a key part of your neighbourhood, and we’re looking forward to making it even better for you and your neighbours to enjoy. The proposed park improvements follow Milton’s Community Services Master Plan, which guides the development of recreational spaces across the Town. Sprucedale Park is considered a Village Square, which means it’s meant to offer a peaceful place for local residents and their guests to relax outdoors. The park is mainly for nearby residents and is best accessed on foot or by bike.

• Tree protection and preservation
• Grading and drainage improvements
• Free play/open lawn areas
• Plaza improvements
• Children's play area
• Site furniture and signage
• Landscape planting
