Consultation has concluded
We have completed Phase 2 of the Service Delivery Review (SDR). With all of staff's input and ideas, our consultant has built out 10 businesses cases, and we will begin working on our implementation plan in 2021, assuming Council' approval.
A big thank you to everyone who filled out the staff surveys! Your feedback, experience and expertise have been critical to the SDR Phase 2 process.

SDR Phase 2 includes a review of the services provided by the Corporate Services Department (Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Communications & Marketing and Legislative & Legal Services).
